Telephone or Video Call
Once you've chosen to make your day perfect with our services, we'll set up a telephone or video call meeting to discuss your colour schemes, ideas, props and designs. A deposit is due to secure your date

Design Process
We will send you a styling pack, which can be altered so you know exactly what you will be having on your day. We will continue to work with you on the design process, sending you proofs for you to sign off and working on the final wording and colour choices with you.

Final Details
Around 8 weeks before your wedding day, we will have a final conversation to decide the final details and make any tweaks to wording and design. We will also confirm the 'on the day' timings with you at this point.

Your Perfect Day
We will arrive in the morning of the day at the venue and set everything up for you. We wont leave until everything is perfect. You won't have to lift a finger. Our team will also stay until after the ceremony to move repurposed items if needed. You can enjoy your perfectly bespoke day with your friends and family. And don't worry, we will return the following day to take it all back down again.

The final amount is due 8 weeks before your wedding day

INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE - PAY IN 3 OR PAY MONTHLY
(AS LONG AS FINAL BALANCE IS PAID BY 8 WEEKS BEFORE WEDDING DAY)

Once the deposit has been paid, this quote will stay the same in terms of price regardless of any price changes Ophelia Events may make.
Extra items can be added at an additional cost.

All monies paid is non refundable and the full balance will need to be paid if you decide to cancel
within 12 weeks of your date.

There is a £200 damages deposit to be paid with the final invoice which is fully refundable
based on the T&C’s sent to you via email, which is to be signed and returned.
Please be aware that your date is only secure once the deposit has been paid.
